As soon as you complete your registration with payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder before the date of the program/event from notifications@wixevents.com. Both emails have a link in the text that grants you access to your Zoom meeting. Please, click on “Join Zoom meeting.” Please check your spam/promotions folder if you do not find the email in your inbox. Keep the email beacause it contains the link to access your Zoom meeting.

The FCJ Centre uses Zoom for running the programs. Our participants have access to the same meeting experience on their mobile device as you would with other devices. However, some features are not available on a mobile device. The Gallery View is also limited on smartphones and tablets.

Please, connect to Zoom using the link you previously received in the registration and confirmation email the day of your program. When joining, you will be in the waiting room until the facilitator grants you access to the session. Please, try to connect 5 minutes before the starting time. The FCJ Centre is in Calgary, Canada and its programs are set to the Mountain Standard Time ‎(UTC-7)‎.

The FCJ Centre respects each individual right to personal privacy. We care about the privacy of our participants, directors, and facilitators. Sensitive matters are shared and discussed during our programs and for that reason, we do not record our meetings.

If you cannot make it to your online program, please make sure to cancel your registration as soon as possible. If the program allows it, you can reschedule your registration up to 24 hours before the date. Cancellation fees might apply.
