Dear Friends of the FCJ Christian Life Centre,
Greetings of peace!
We are excited to invite you to our Annual Tea Party Fundraising event in support of a new FCJ Centre van. It would be an honor to have you join us for this afternoon tea event.
Date: September 20, 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 2:00 PM - 4:30PM (Registration starts at 1:30PM)
Location: FCJ Christian Life Centre (219 19 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2S 0C8)
Last year, we held another successful tea party and raised $20,398 toward the $140,367.44 Security Enhancement Project, ensuring that our Centre remains a safe, welcoming, and restful space for all.

This year, our goal for the Annual Tea Party Fundraiser is to raise funds toward the purchase of a brand-new Ford cargo van to replace our current vehicle, which has served the FCJ Centre faithfully for 14 years. The van was purchased second-hand and is now in need of replacement.
We aim to raise $50,000 toward the total cost of $80,000 to help ensure safe and reliable transportation.
From grocery runs to stock our kitchen to transporting essential materials for our programs and services, this van is the backbone of our logistics, hitting the road two to three times a week.

Please RSVP by September 9, so we can plan accordingly.
The FCJ Centre relies solely on donations and revenue generated from our conferences. FCJ Centre has been incorporated in Alberta since February 26, 1979. Our charitable registration number is 118913581RR. Your contribution, regardless of the amount, would be greatly appreciated and tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more. 1. Attend the Tea Party: Join us at the tea party and purchase tickets

Please note that purchasing tea party tickets is not considered a donation and will not qualify for a tax receipt. However, in addition to purchasing tickets, any monetary contribution of $20 or more will be eligible for a tax receipt.

For Donations: If this is your FIRST TIME donating to FCJ Centre, please include your name, phone number, mailing address, and email address for tax purposes.
For options B, and C, please select preferred ticket delivery options:
• Email e-tickets: If you prefer electronic tickets, we can email them to you. Please let us know your name and the names of your party (if you are purchasing more than 1 ticket) along with a single email address and phone number.
• Pick up physical tickets: You can collect the physical tickets during our office hours. Please inform us of your preferred date and time for pick-up.
• Hold the physical tickets for you to pick up on the day of the event.

2. Donate Gift Items: Contribute to the Silent Auction table by donating gift items such as a wine basket, women's accessories, gift cards and vouchers (spa day, restaurant, hotel, tours), electronics, game tickets, workshop tickets, or any heartfelt item. Please include the amount of the item’s fair market value (FMV). 3. Other Ways to Help: Volunteer with us, share the event, and help us pray for the success of this event.

Help us raise $50,000 for security initiative by sponsoring any amount.

Help underwrite portions of the event by offering financial support for specific aspects such as food, decoration, marquee tent rental, chairs, music and entertainment. You can contribute with amounts of $50, $75, $100, or any other amount you desire.
